Mixed Berry Smoothies
Cool with this chilled and creamy smoothie made with your favourite Liberte´ yogurt and frozen fruit.

Ingredient List
- 175 ml skimmed milk
- 170 g Liberté Yogurt, any flavour
- 150 g frozen summer fruits, semi-defrosted
- 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend for a further 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
Tips

- Drizzle with a little runny honey just before serving, if liked.
- Replace the frozen summer fruit with frozen mango and pineapple pieces for a tropical version.
