Blueberry, Banana & Granola Parfait
This simple and quick parfait can be whipped up in no time. Great for breakfast or as an after-dinner dessert.

Ingredient List
- 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Granola Bars, crushed
- 1/2 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
- 50 g blueberries
- 100 g Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon runny honey
Preparation
- Spoon a third of the crushed granola bars into the base of a 250ml dessert glass. Top with half of the banana slices and a third of the blueberries. Spoon over half of the yogurt and half of the lemon zest. Repeat the layers, with the granola and last few blueberries on top.
- Drizzle with honey, to serve.
Tips
- Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian. Products and ingredient sources can change.
- Make this using other summer berries, such as raspberries or strawberries. Give an alternative citrus kick to the parfait with orange zest instead of lemon.
