Berries & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 300 g low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 150 g mixed summer berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Roasted Almond Snack Bars, crushed

Preparation

  1. Divide half the yogurt between 2 glasses. Top each with half the berries and half the crushed granola bars. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian. Products and ingredient sources can change.
  • To crush the granola bars quickly, place the bars in a resealable freezer bag, and lightly tap with a rolling pin. Mix it up by changing the flavour of the yogurt – try blueberry or blackcurrant instead.
