Mixed Berry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowls
These fruit and granola topped creamy smoothie bowls make the perfect start to a busy day!

Ingredient List
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 100 g Greek-style natural yogurt
- 100 g full-fat soft cheese, at room temperature
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
- 150 g raspberries
- 150 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Dark Chocolate Snack Bars, roughly crushed
Preparation
- Place the milk, yogurt, soft cheese, banana and 100g each of the raspberries and strawberries in a food processor or blender.
- Blend on high speed for 10-20 seconds, then scrape down the sides of the blender cup with a spatula and blend for a further 20 seconds or until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 serving bowls. Arrange the crushed granola bars and remaining raspberries and sliced strawberries on top and serve immediately.
Tips
- Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian.Products and ingredient sources can change.
- Change the berries to diced mango, pineapple and kiwi fruit for a tropical version.
- Instead of soft cheese you could use ricotta and add a spoonful of honey to sweeten.
