Creamy Mango & Pineapple Granola Layers
This quick layered dessert is full of tropical flavour!

Ingredient List
- 200 g Liberté Honey Yogurt
- 4 tablespoons half-fat crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stone removed and flesh diced
- 75 g fresh pineapple, finely chopped
- 4 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed
- 12 macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
- Mix together the yogurt, crème fraîche and coconut in a bowl. Mix the mango with the pineapple in a second bowl. In a third bowl, mix together the crushed granola bars and chopped nuts.
- Divide half of the yogurt mixture between 2 large wide tumblers. Top with half of the granola mixture, then half of the fruit mixture. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.
Tips
- Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian. Products and ingredient sources can change.
- Add some passion fruit seeds to the mango and pineapple for an extra tropical taste.
- Crème fraîche gives a lovely tangy flavour to the creamy layer but, if you prefer a sweeter taste, use softly whipped double cream instead.
