Creamy Mango & Pineapple Granola Layers

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 200 g Liberté Honey Yogurt
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 4 tablespoons half-fat crème fraîche
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 small ripe mango, peeled, stone removed and flesh diced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 75 g fresh pineapple, finely chopped
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 4 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Oats & Honey Snack Bars, roughly crushed
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 12 macadamia nuts, chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix together the yogurt, crème fraîche and coconut in a bowl. Mix the mango with the pineapple in a second bowl. In a third bowl, mix together the crushed granola bars and chopped nuts.
  2. Divide half of the yogurt mixture between 2 large wide tumblers. Top with half of the granola mixture, then half of the fruit mixture. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Cooking Vegetarian? Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is vegetarian. Products and ingredient sources can change.
  • Add some passion fruit seeds to the mango and pineapple for an extra tropical taste.
  • Crème fraîche gives a lovely tangy flavour to the creamy layer but, if you prefer a sweeter taste, use softly whipped double cream instead.
