Berries & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredient List
- 300 g low-fat raspberry yogurt
- 150 g mixed summer berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 2 Nature Valley™ Crunchy Roasted Almond Snack Bars, crushed
Preparation
- Divide half the yogurt between 2 glasses. Top each with half the berries and half the crushed granola bars. Repeat the layers once more. Serve immediately.
Tips

- To crush the granola bars quickly, place the bars in a resealable freezer bag, and lightly tap with a rolling pin. Mix it up by changing the flavour of the yogurt – try blueberry or blackcurrant instead.
